August's WORKSHOP: Align & Thrive

Meet me on the mat, at the table and in the garden too for a four-hour mini-retreat and workshop. We'll work together to reset and rebalance body, mind and spirit. Integrating science, eastern philosophy, design philosophy and yogic practices, I'll guide you through activities to open your heart's wisdom - the first step to letting go of harmful habits as you practice self-care.

Saturday, 17 August 2024 from 9:30-13:30

We'll be guided by the presence of Ganesha, the Hindu deity known for removing obstacles. You will engage in a reflective and interactive process. This activity will provide you with a special space to identify what you wish to let go of and to set your intentions for the positive actions you will take.

Through this inspiring experience, you will:

*Reflect on personal challenges and aspirations.

*Set clear and positive intentions for change.

*Be part of a collaborative, uplifting environment.

Come prepared to transform your obstacles into opportunities and leave with a renewed sense of purpose and direction. Embrace the journey of personal growth and empowerment on a Saturday morning.

This workshop includes yoga, meditation, journaling, discussion, and a creative visual exercise - all designed to regulate your nervous system allowing the body to rest, restore and reset. AND begin to make changes too. You'll also have the opportunity to experience the calming effects of grounding your feet in our tranquil garden and indulge in a healthy brunch buffet, too.
